JTM was established in December 2020 by a team of former researchers from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and Swiss PI. We are a high-tech enterprise focused on the design and sales of power device driver chips and gallium nitride power devices. Our headquarters is located in the New Generation Industrial Park in Futian District, Shenzhen. With strong technical and research capabilities, our company has been recognized as a "high-tech enterprise" by the government. Since our establishment, we have gathered industry elites and focused on integrating advanced chip technology and industrial resources from both domestic and international sources to provide customers with advanced and efficient driver chips, intelligent gallium nitride power switches, and system solutions. Our company has a team of senior industry experts and PhDs, with more than ten applied and authorized invention patents and multiple international and domestic technology awards. Our technical team has developed various innovative gallium nitride technologies, which have been featured in publications such as Nature Electronics.
